Coaching & Workshops
Not a retainer, not a curriculum. One senior-led day built around the actual problem your managers have, with a flat fee you know before you commit to anything: $3,000 to $6,000 depending on how many people are in the room.
Why one day
A twelve-month coaching engagement is the right answer for a handful of situations. It is the wrong answer for "we just promoted six people to their first management job" or "two teams stopped speaking to each other after the reorg." Those need everyone in a room, together, on the same day, working the actual problem.
One day is also the format a manager can actually get approved. It does not need a budget cycle or a business case. It needs a date and a headcount.
What you get
Pricing
Up to 15 people. The most common size: a management team, a department, a cohort of new leads.
16 to 30 people. Still one room, one facilitator, one day.
31 or more. Run as multiple cohorts the same day so it stays a conversation, not a lecture.
On site or virtual, same price either way. Tell us the headcount and the date and we will confirm the fee before anything is scheduled.
Pick the day
Any workshop in the coaching library can run as a one-day session at this pricing. A few of the ones clients ask for most:
I promoted my best technician and now I have a worse technician and a bad manager.
New Managers Workshop →Nobody said a word for two years and now we want to fire him.
Performance Conversations →We announced the new structure and everyone quietly checked out.
Leading Through Change →How it fits
Most clients need exactly one day and stop there. There is no follow-on commitment built into the price.
If the day surfaces something that needs months rather than hours, leadership coaching picks up from there with the same person who ran the room.
A fixed number, a single day, no procurement process. Most workshops go from first email to scheduled inside two weeks.
Questions
$3,000 for up to 15 people, $4,500 for 16 to 30, and $6,000 for larger groups run as multiple cohorts in the same day. One flat fee, not a per-person rate, and it is quoted before you commit to anything.
Whichever one matches the actual problem. The full menu is on the Coaching page, organized by the situation rather than a generic curriculum name: new managers, difficult conversations, teams that are not working, leaders in transition, and more. If none of them quite fit, describe what is happening and we will build the day around it.
Coaching is a senior person alongside a manager over months, for the kind of change that only shows up over time. The workshop is a single day that gets a group aligned on one specific problem right now, with no retainer and no ongoing commitment. Some clients start here and move into coaching afterward; plenty just need the day.
It works well from a handful of people up to about 30 in one room. Above that we split into cohorts running the same day, which is the $6,000 tier.
Either. On site tends to land better when the group already shares a building; virtual works fine for distributed teams and costs the same.
The senior person you talk to beforehand, not a junior facilitator handed a slide deck. That is true of everything at Altavise.
A short leader's guide specific to the day's topic, and, if useful, a follow-up conversation with each manager's own manager about what to reinforce. Not a binder nobody opens again.
