Inside the platform
Most outplacement is bought on a slide. This is the whole program, screen by screen, from the roster HR uploads on day one to the offer at the end. The same platform runs at $499 a person and at $5,500 — what changes is how much senior advisor time comes with it.
The idea
Every provider now says they use AI. The question that actually matters is what the AI is allowed to finish. On our platform it does the drafting, the searching and the tracking — the parts that are slow, repetitive and better done at 6am than at the end of a long week. It never has the last word on anything a departing person will put their name to.
Every resume, LinkedIn profile and cover letter is read and approved by a certified resume writer before the person sees it. That is true at every price, including the cheapest one.

Want the live version?
You give us a list: name, work email, level, last day. Levels drive the package each person lands in, so a program can mix Essentials and Executive without you running two vendors. There is no platform fee and no minimum headcount, so a single departure is set up the same way as a company-wide reduction.

Fall Transition Program
One row per person. We will match each level to a package and send access on your notification date, not before.
Access emails are held until the date you set. Nobody is contacted early.
The intake starts by taking work off them. They drop in whatever resume they already have, however old, and the platform reads it back: roles, dates, the things they were actually accountable for. Then it asks the handful of questions a resume cannot answer — what they want next, what they will not do again, what they are worried about.
Fifteen minutes, on a phone, on the day they were told. Not a 40-field profile builder.

Drop your resume in. Any version, any age — we will take it from there.
Here's what I found
Now the part your resume can't tell me
Resume, LinkedIn profile, cover letter and thank-you note, written from their own history and the answers they just gave. Nobody is handed a blank template and told to fill it in on the worst week of their year.
The tracker is deliberately short. A person in transition does not need a 40-item checklist; they need to know the next thing that matters.

You will get an email the moment each one is approved. Nothing reaches you until a certified writer has read it.
This is the screen most platforms do not have, and the reason we can put a $499 package next to a $5,500 one without apologizing for either. Every document lands in a review queue staffed by certified resume writers. They edit, they push back, they approve. The participant only ever sees the approved version.
Anything the model was not confident about is flagged for a human rather than shipped hopefully.

Average time from draft to approved document: under one business day.
This is what replaces the fortnightly check-in call that most people never book. The platform looks at what has actually happened in the search — applications sent, replies, stalls, interviews — and comes back with a short read and one specific action for that day.
Not a motivational quote. Something like three of your applications have gone quiet past two weeks; here is the follow-up to send today.

● We looked at your search
Tuesday · Day 23 of your program
The searches are built from what the person has actually done, including the adjacent titles they would never have typed into a job board. They can see the search that produced each result and change it, which matters more than it sounds: people trust a match they can inspect.

What we're searching for
Applied to something? Log it here and it joins your tracker automatically.
Job searches fail slowly. Applications go out, nothing comes back, and three weeks disappear before anyone notices the pattern. The tracker is what makes the daily read possible — it is the same data, seen by the person and used by the platform.

Your pipeline, in one place.
Questions drawn from the actual role they are interviewing for, answered on camera, with feedback on what landed and what rambled. Most people have not interviewed in years and the first real one is where they find that out. Here, the first one is a rehearsal.
Where the package includes senior advisor time, this is also where a person can escalate: Schedule your coaching session — a 1-hour, 1:1 session with a real coach.

Strong opening. You never said what happened to turnover — that is the number they will ask for next.
You bought this partly to know it worked. The program view shows enrollment, activation, where people are in their searches and any coaching requests waiting on us — enough to report to your leadership and to catch someone who has gone quiet.
It deliberately does not show you the content of an individual's search. What they write, apply to and say in a coaching session stays theirs. That boundary is why people actually use it.

The end of it
The dashboard has three states, and this is the last one. Every part of the program above exists to move a person to this screen faster — which is also the outcome that shortens your severance exposure and leaves the relationship intact.
The intake, the documents, the certified writer approval, the daily guidance, the job matching, the tracker and the interview practice are identical at $499 and at $5,500.
How much one-to-one senior advisor time is included — none at Essentials, one session at Guided, three at Coached, four at Executive — and how long we stay: 60 days, 90, 120, or until they land.
A certified resume writer reads and approves every document before it reaches the person. There is no tier where the software is the last step.
Common questions
Yes. Every departing person gets the guided intake, the documents built from their own history, a certified resume writer's approval on each one, daily guidance, job matching, application tracking and interview practice. What you buy when you move up a level is senior advisor time and program length, not features.
Literally. There is a review queue, staffed by certified resume writers, and a document cannot reach a participant without an approval on it. Anything the model was unsure about is flagged for a human rather than shipped hopefully.
Enrollment, activation, stage of search, and whether a coaching request is outstanding. Not the content: what someone writes, applies to, or says in a coaching session is theirs. We report on program health, not on people.
Access is sent on the notification date you set, and the intake takes about fifteen minutes on a phone. Most people have approved documents back inside a business day of finishing it.
The intake is deliberately short and the dashboard shows one recommended action at a time rather than a dense workspace. Where a package includes advisor sessions, a person can also just ask for a human. Nobody is left alone with a portal.
